Facebook Starts New Team Collaboration Tool Named ‘Workplace’

Facebook officially launched its new ‘Workplace’ platform, an organization and business collaboration tool.

Workplace combines social network, chat messenger and productivity features that help teams work together online.

The app includes custom profiles, groups, and ad-free news feeds.

Some features can make audio, and video calls as well can host live broadcasts.

The workplace is free for non-profits and schools, but Facebook will charge business users of the platform $3 by month for organizations up to 1k people and as low of $1 per month for teams comprising over 10,000 members.

That can make contrasts to Slack’s Standard plan of $6.67 per user and its Free tier.

The app is a free download for iPad and iPhone platform to this link.
